Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

One Earth Outdoors ("OEO," "we," "us") operates oneearthoutdoors.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to communicate with you about OEO, and we never sell it.

Information we collect

How we use it

What we don't do

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run OEO: website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), and — once reservations open — a direct booking and guest-management platform. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver our services, under their own security and privacy commitments. Your relationship, and your data, stay with OEO.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Booking-related records, once reservations open, are retained as required for business and legal purposes.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here with a new date. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
